1. Digital Product Classification
All products available on vndoro.com are digital activation codes. No physical shipment is involved.
2. Delivery Method
Upon successful payment authorization, activation codes are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is considered completed once the email containing the code has been transmitted.
3. Digital Content Consent and Waiver
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to immediate digital delivery and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal is waived once the activation code has been delivered.
4. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of activation codes, refunds are granted only when:
A code is verified as defective or invalid
Duplicate billing has occurred
Refunds will not be granted for delivered and valid codes, compatibility issues clearly disclosed prior to purchase, or purchasing errors made by the customer.
5. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted to contact@vndoro.com including the order reference, description of the issue, and supporting evidence. Code validity may be verified with the supplier before approval.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction.
7. Chargebacks
Customers must contact support prior to initiating a chargeback. Unjustified disputes will be contested using transaction records, fraud analysis data, and delivery confirmation logs.
